So much laughter, so many smiles and so much beautiful emotion….that is how I remember the wedding of Mary-Lou and Deb. They’d decided to do a “first look” before their ceremony, but that definitely didn’t make their ceremony any less emotional when they saw each other down the aisle. With Mary-Lou’s daughter by her side and Deb’s son by her side both these grown up children were obviously delighted by their mums’ happiness.

It was obvious what a wonderful support they all are for each other and the emotions and happiness were obvious and felt throughout their day.
The rain made an appearance during their first look photos, but my white umbrellas got some use and we made the most of it. Always these two brides laughing with each other regardless of what the weather did.

Kat Sillars was definitely the perfect celebrant for them – joining in with their happiness and keeping their ceremony relaxed and full of special moments.

After their ceremony and family photos they could immediately join their guests as we had already taken photos when we did their first look. After spending some time chatting with their families and guests, close to sunset we popped down the beach and took some photos with the ocean beach in the background.

Mary-Lou and Deb had provided thongs for their guests so everyone was comfortable and relaxed. Their first dance was super emotional with Mary-Lou’s super talented daughter singing for them. It was incredible!
